At Dress 2 Party, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase. If your dress isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn dress back into its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
